• Availability may vary; Sungate Hardware reserves the right to substitute equivalent products if stock runs out.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in ZWL and USD.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, swipe, EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, bank transfer, and card payments.

• All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Online and WhatsApp orders are confirmed once payment is received.

• Same‑day delivery is available in Harare; nationwide courier delivery within 24–72 hours.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Returns & Warranties

• Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items in original packaging.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to power tools, pumps, and electrical products.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.

6. Liability

• Sungate Hardware is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third‑party couriers, or misuse of products.

• Customers must follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.

• Customer information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
