Standard Selling Fees
Our standard selling fees are applicable to everyone that wishes to sell on zonline.africa. They provide sellers/vendors access to specific paid-for zonline.africa tools and services. They are divided into Selling Packages and Referral fees.
In addition to these selling fees, sellers may incur added optional costs depending on their requirements. For example sellers may sign up for certain addon tools and services such as the zonline Africa Fulfillment Services (ZAFS), zonline Africa Storage Services (ZASS) or zonline Ads. Your business has full control over the cost of operating on zonline.africa through selecting the packages, programs and tools that are aligned with your business strategy.

Additional Fees (optional)
Currently, in an effort to simplify selling online there are no referral or success fees charged on the zonline.africa marketplace. In future these will be zonline.africa’s referral fees and will cover transactional costs, customer support and general marketplace support. They may be calculated as a % of the VAT inclusive selling price per item sold and credited for returned items. They however will be exclusive of shipping fees.
Fulfillment fees per item shipped from a zonline.africa warehouse. These are only applicable to sellers that have signed up for the zonline.africa Fulfillment Service (ZAFS).

zonline.africa storage fees are only applicable to items stored overnight at a zonline.africa warehouse. Items not stored overnight will not carry storage and handling fees.
