Logging into your zonline online store dashboard on zonline is quite simple… there are several ways you can access the login screen. You have to be on www.zonline.africa but since you are reading this tutorial we are going to assume you are already on zonline.africa. Navigate to the top of this page or any page within zonline.africa and you should see the menus ‘My Account’ and ‘Sign In/Register’ as indicated by A in the below diagram. Simply click on either of those to access your account.

Clicking on either of the above menu items will open another screen that looks like the below image – the SIGN IN/SIGN UP screen. If you already have a seller account, make sure the SIGN IN tab is selected and enter your credentials then click on SIGN IN to access your account; Enter the email account you used to register your online store and the password in the password field then click on login.

If you don’t have an account you can sign up for a new account via the SIGN UP tab. We will cover signing up in a different tutorial.

Immediately after clicking SIGN IN, you will be taken to the ‘My Account” screen like the one below. This is the general account for all accounts on zonline.africa… You can update your personal account information from this screen including things such as your personal orders, downloads, addresses, your wallet, wishlist and more.

To access your Seller Dashboard, you will need to click on either the ‘Vendor Dashboard’ or the ‘GO to Vendor Dashboard’ buttons as shown in the below screenshot. So go ahead and click on Vendor Dashboard…

The next screen that opens up will be your Seller Dashboard where you can, as a seller, get a birds eyeview of your store performance, manage your business profile, add products and services, manage your inventory, manage orders and sales, renew your subscription, create and manage your coupons, review your reports plus so much more. Log into your dashboard and get familiar with the powerful tools at your disposal. More on the Dashboard in the next tutorial.
