1. Introduction

Welcome to Sekai Bridal & Cakes Botique. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business, ensuring clarity, fairness, and professionalism.

2. Services

• Bridal Services: We provide bridal gowns, accessories, and styling consultations.

• Cake Services: We design and deliver custom cakes for weddings, engagements, and any special occasions.

• Customization: All products are tailored to client specifications; variations may occur due to artisanal craftsmanship.

3. Orders & Payments

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bridal and cake orders.

• Balance: The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before collection or delivery for all Gowns and Wedding Cakes and on the day of collection for all other cakes.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved mobile money platforms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bridal Orders: Cancellations made within 14 days of order confirmation are eligible for partial refunds (excluding deposit).

• Cake Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event; deposits remain non-refundable.

• No-shows: Failure to collect or accept delivery on the agreed date forfeits payment.

5. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery: Available within Gweru and rest of Zimbabwe at an additional fee.

• Collection: Clients may collect directly from our boutique during business hours.

• Responsibility: Once products leave our premises, Sekai Bridal & Cakes is not liable for damage or mishandling.

6. Liability

• We are committed to quality and safety. However, Sekai Bridal & Cakes is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to cake ingredients (clients must disclose dietary restrictions when ordering).

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, transport disruptions).

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and creative concepts remain the property of Sekai Bridal & Cakes.

• Clients may not reproduce or resell our products or designs without written consent.

8. Privacy

• Client information is treated with confidentiality and used solely for order fulfillment and communication.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved under Zimbabwean jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By placing an order or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
