Radiator Technologies: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Radiator Technologies. By purchasing, installing, or using our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect our customers, uphold product integrity, and ensure long-term performance across diverse African climates and vehicle types.

  1. Product Guarantee

    •⁠  ⁠All Radiator Technologies products come with a 12-month performance guarantee, valid from the date of purchase.
    •⁠  ⁠This guarantee applies only when approved coolant is used at all times during the operation of the radiator.
    •⁠  ⁠Failure to use coolant, including operating with water only, or no fluid, will void all guarantees without exception.
    •⁠  ⁠Proof of coolant use (e.g. service records, installer verification) may be required to process any warranty claims.

  2. ⁠ ⁠Installation & Use

    •⁠  ⁠Products must be installed by Radiator Technologies Technicians or other Radiator Technologies approved technicians or resellers familiar with local vehicle specifications.
    •⁠  ⁠Incorrect installation, tampering, or use outside intended specifications will void the guarantee.
    •⁠  ⁠Radiators must not be exposed to corrosive substances, unfiltered water, or unregulated pressure systems.

  3. Returns & Exchanges

    •⁠  ⁠Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    •⁠  ⁠Exchanges may be granted for defective items, subject to inspection and coolant compliance.

  4. Liability

    •⁠  ⁠Radiator Technologies is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, lack of coolant, or failure to follow product guidelines.
    •⁠  ⁠Our guarantee covers product replacement only, not labor, vehicle damage, or consequential loss.

  5. Regional Support

    •⁠  ⁠Our guarantee applies across all African markets where Radiator Technologies products are sold.
    •⁠  ⁠For support, contact our Technical Team or your local reseller.

  6. Amendments

    •⁠  ⁠Radiator Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
