These Terms and Conditions govern the use of products, services, and transactions provided by OneTRONE Mining & General Supplies (“the Company”). By engaging with our services, purchasing goods, or entering into agreements with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

• Supply of mining equipment, consumables, and industrial tools.

• Provision of general supplies to businesses and individuals in Zimbabwe.

• Advisory and support services related to mining and industrial operations.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or signed quotation).

• Payments are due as per the agreed terms on invoices (cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods).

• The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pricing and Quotations

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or delivery charges will be clearly indicated.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., transport strikes, customs clearance, or natural events).

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.

• Custom orders and special imports are non-refundable.

7. Warranties and Liability

• Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

• The Company is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or negligence by the customer.

• Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

8. Compliance and Use

• Customers must ensure that products are used in compliance with Zimbabwean laws and industry regulations.

• The Company does not permit resale of goods without prior authorization.

9. Confidentiality

• Any business information shared between the Company and its clients will be treated as confidential.

• The Company reserves the right to disclose information if required by law.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to Zimbabwean courts.

11. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
